One of the most remarkable movies i’ve ever seen is, ‘ Becoming Jane’
I don’t know why I love that movie
Is it coz I love Jane austen? or coz I love that kind of history,drama and romance
Jane Austen (Anne Hathaway) is the youngest daughter of Reverent Austen ,a clergyman , and his wife who wishes to find a suitable, rich husband for her daughter. But Jane wishes to be a writer and depend on herself “live by her pen”. That idea makes her rejectes Mr. Wisley’s proposal
The first appearance of Thomas Lefroy (James McAvoy ) is as a promising lawyer with a bad reputation
Jane’s first impression upon him and his arrogance dramaticly turns to be a great love through alot of emotional struggling. After lots and lots of that struggling, they realise that they can’t live without each other and they shoud marry, BUT they can’t coz Lefroy’s uncle (Judge Langlois) refuses to give Tom his blessing as he receives a letter informing him of the poverty of Jane’s family
Later, Lefroy realizes he cannot live without Jane, and comes back and says that they should run away. Jane agrees
Yes .. “ Yes, but if our love destroys your family, then it will destroy itself in a long, slow degradation of guilt and regret and blame”. by Jane
? Finally, and by that “YES”, dose she marry him
? what happend to that great love
